Detailed Architectural Description

Roof

The townhouse features two steeply pitched roof slopes that meet at a central ridge, forming a classic saddle roof. On the upper level, three flat dormers subtly interrupt the roofline, while the lower level is marked by three projecting dormers, adding both depth and visual interest.

Three Floors

The building comprises three floors plus an attic.

Windows

The windows of the first and second floors organised into five vertical bays. The windows of the upper floors are highlighted by white stucco surrounds and decorative stucco panels.

Articulation

A broken string course divides the upper floors, while a continuous cornice separates the ground floor from the first floor, providing a clear visual articulation between levels.
